Frequently asked Questions
What should I wear?
It doesn’t matter what you wear for a reflexology treatment, just as long as you feel warm and comfortable. All you have to remove is your shoes and socks.
How do I pay for a treatment?
I have a card reader, so you can pay on the day using your card, or I accept bank transfer.
What are your opening hours?
I am open from 9.30am until 2pm Monday to Wednesday from my garden cabin in Cuckfield.
On Thursdays, I treat from The Beale Clinic in Horsted Keynes from 10am until 2pm.
During the school holidays, my hours may change slightly, but I will continue to see my regular clients when I can.
Is reflexology painful?
Reflexology should not be painful. Some reflex points might feel slightly tender, but the aim of the treatment is to be relaxing and restorative.
